FUTMINNA has released the official schedule and guidelines for the 2025/2026 hostel booking exercise for both newly admitted and returning students.
HOSTEL BOOKING SCHEDULE
For Newly Admitted Students (100L & Direct Entry)
Thursday, 4th December 2025
Booking starts at 11:00 AM
For Returning Students (200L – 500L)
Friday, 5th December 2025
Booking starts at 11:00 AM
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL STUDENTS
- Students must log in to their school portal via the University website to book and pay for their accommodation.
- Only students who have paid their 2025/2026 registration fees will be eligible to book hostel bed-spaces.
- Booked hostel bed-spaces will be automatically revoked if payment is not made within 48 hours of booking.
- Students are strongly advised to complete all necessary steps on the University portal to fully secure their accommodation.
- After payment, students must print their online-generated hostel fee receipt and take it to the University Bursary Unit for confirmation.
- Students and parents are warned not to pay hostel fees to any staff or student. The University will NOT be responsible for payments made to fraudsters.
